I came off my scooter today.
I'm completely fine. It was the water on the tram tracks, no one hit me.
I am a bit scratched, but really no more than if I had come off a push bike. I wear a lot of protect clothing.
Two people stopped and made sure I was alright and helped me to the footpath.
I was on the way to buy bread, so I walked the rest of the way and walked home thought about my prompt fic-things and then had tea and fresh bread with marmalade and watched the last episode of seson two of SeaChange, which is one of my favourites.

I got kassrachel and I was a little bit eeep! But also really excited because I knew Kass's work and knew what I could do with it. It did take me some time to choose Knot as the fic to remix because Kass's got so many that made me go hmm. Including two Firefly fics. There will be a whole post on remix writing and receiving and reading as soon as I know who wrote mine.

I met up with the aus_house people yesterday. Craziness and chocolate.

I got to leave work early today because my computer couldn't send emails and there was nothing else left for me to do but send emails. So I got to do redrafting instead. And this is the result, a Chase fic! Woohoo. This one was due in September.

I want to add that the story behind this fic is that I got the number of the prompt I wanted wrong in the first comment, so was accidentally signed up to this one. Then the my love of random lost relative fics kicked in and I had to have it as well as the other two.

Prompt 84: Chase has a twin that he never knew about. Identical male twin… fraternal male or female twin… either works. This twin had known all his/her life that he/she was adopted and finally decided to find out about their family. He/she found our dear Robert Chase. He is confronted at the hospital and House of course wants to (and Chase lets him) do a DNA test. Woot… they really are twins. ...Now Chase has to deal with this newfound family. Why did Chase's parents keep him but not his twin? Why did they never tell him? What happens now?
